Narikiri is a spin-off game that literally has almost nothing to do with the original series and is aimed towards the fanbase. (In other words, if you were to pick up this game you'd probably be completely lost) It was released only in Japan and it followed the story of two teenagers who loved the Tales games so much that they were zapped into the Tales universe after an earthquake one day. It is considered a "Cosplay S-Rpg".

Soul Calibur Legends is a spin-off of Namco's popular fighting game "Soul Calibur" or also known as "Soul Edge". Soul Calibur is typically a fighting game and over the years Namco has been introducing other characters from other games in order to attract a larger fanbase. This game takes place storywise in between Soul Edge and Soul Calibur. Typically the story revolves around the character's personal conquest to obtain Soul Edge, the most powerful sword, and Soul Calibur, it's light counterpart.
